Domestic airport

Security staff clearly shows a racist approach towards people of colour, looks like there is no management looking over. The middle aged lady on counter does not even bother to hide it

A pretty poor airport especially for an international. This place sees thousands of people a day through it and yet has pretty horrible toilets and a tiny cafe. With the amount charged in landing fees you would expect alot more. Plus Qantas can never leave on time but that's not the airports fault I don't think, its Allan Joyce's fault!

Be aware the Cafe closes as soon as the RPT flights depart. We arrived 5 monutes later and couldnt get anything

The blonde middle aged lady checking people in is always SO rude! I fly out of here fortnightly and she is always the talk of the plane. She's rude angry and needs to find a new job if this makes her so mad. She ripped my phone out of my hand scratching my hand with her nails. Grunting at me I wasn't holding it properly. 'Ugh, can you just hold it properly!' No good morning no hello. She did the same thing to my partner who was next in line and snatched his phone out of his hand almost making him drop it! I told her she could be nicer and she raises her voice 'excuse me!' I can't be the only complaint against her. She's horrible.

A nice little airport

Nice simple, no thrills airport, with great customer service. Pitty, I had to scull my beer as the plane was early, but hey, at least there was another one on board. Keep up the work Menzies Aviation, the other airport staff and flight staff.

Really friendly and nice staff. Very easy with everything there. Nice coffee and hot food.

The lady at the counter is extremely rude and the customer service is so poor from her end. You guys should really consider her employment status.

Honestly just can't stop coming back here, love the angry staff, the stressful environment and the way the security guy scans his own glasses on the x-ray and then has to squint to watch the monitor to make sure he hasn't left any drugs in them.Would I come here again?Probably in 28 days

A relatively small but convenient airport with both Qantas and Virgin flights from Perth. It has a small cafe bar for drinks and snacks, a decent paid parking area ($10 per day), and a small Qantas lounge serving a few drinks and snacks.
